The fees are now set higher due to the extreme consumption of the previous tenants, i.e. it is possible that the amount will be decreased over time, although this cannot be guaranteed at this time. We recommend setting the electricity deposit at 1.500 CZK/month. The tenant will take care of the internet himself/herself.

The apartment is located in a completely quiet part of Prague. OC Novo Plaza is located in the adjacent area, a little closer then JYSK, Lidl or, for example, the Greek Market… The nearest bus stops are Cechticka and Novodvorska. Nature lovers will certainly appreciate the opportunity to take a walk in Velky haj park.

Based on the attached EPC, we present energy class “D”, i.e. “less economical”.
