The apartment is located on the eighth floor of a revitalized panel building with elevator. Upon entering the apartment we are in a larger hallway. Opposite us is a toilet separate from the bathroom (the core of the apartment is original plasterboard). In the hallway there is also a built-in storage room. From the hallway we can go either to the kitchen with dining room, opposite which there is a separate room, or to the living room and from there on to the other two bedrooms. One has a loggia. The apartment also has a cellar. The apartment is oriented to the southeast side.

Jindrichuv Hradec is a South Bohemian town with a developed network of shops and services. It is possible to work here and in the adjacent area, or it is possible to commute e.g. to Ceske Budejovice. Specifically in Vajgar there are two primary schools, Kaufland, Albert, a larger shopping centre (OKAY, Deichman, Sportisimo, etc.), JYSK, a swimming pool or the popular Raw Gym. In Jindrichuv Hradec there are also several other primary schools, kindergartens, the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Prague, a library, a number of supermarkets, etc.

The rent is 13.000 CZK/month. As far as utility and energy charges associated with the use of the apartment, the amount for water, sewerage, heat, etc. is set at 3.091 CZK/month/4 people. The deposit for electricity, which will be transferred to the tenant, is recommended at approx. 1.300 – 1.500 CZK/month. The apartment has a gas stove. We recommend setting the monthly gas deposit, which will also be transferred to the tenant, at 300 CZK/month. Internet is arranged by the tenant at his or her own expense.

The tenant does not pay commission. This is paid by the owner of the apartment.
