The amount of the outstanding annuity as of January is 228.065 CZK. The monthly payment is set at 4.360 CZK. The total monthly costs including annuity payments amount to approx. 7.800 CZK. The annuity can also be repaid in one lump sum, in which case the monthly costs for the operation of the apartment would amount to approximately 3,440 CZK.

Jindrichuv Hradec is a South Bohemian town with a developed network of shops and services. It is possible to work here and in the surrounding area, or it is possible to commute e.g. to Ceske Budějovice. As far as civic amenities are concerned, there is a primary school, Penny Market, sports ground, etc. There is also public transport (bus). You can get to the city centre within 5 minutes by car or in about 10 – 15 minutes using public transport depending on the specific connection (times may therefore vary slightly). In Jindrichuv Hradec there are also several other primary schools, kindergartens, the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Prague, a library, a number of supermarkets, gyms (at Hvezdarna, specifically at Piketa), swimming pool, etc.
