The rent is 30.000 CZK/month. Advances for utilities and services for three people (water, sewerage, waste, electricity, common area…) comes to 1.890 CZK/month. The deposit for electricity is set at 1.770 CZK and for gas at 1.930 CZK.

The tenant does not pay commission. It is paid to the owner of the apartment. We require a refundable deposit of two rents (60.000 CZK).

The apartment is available immediately and rented unfurnished except for the kitchen, which has a line of appliances including a dishwasher and built-in refrigerator along with lots of cabinets.

The owners reserve the right to select a tenant based on their chosen criteria.
