Residence Zahalka is located in a popular part of Prague 4 by the Vltava River. If you are a fan of skating or cycling, you will enjoy the possibility of using the local trail within walking distance. From the tram station Belarie you can get to Palackeho namesti in about 20 minutes, to the centre of Prague (e.g. Namesti Republiky) in about 30 minutes.

Viewing day will take place on MON 04.09.2023 in the afternoon. The apartment will be available immediately after the tenant has been selected and after the tenancy agreement has been signed, a sample of which will be sent to all prospective tenants before the viewing so that they can familiarise themselves with its wording.

Important note: The tenant does not pay commission. This is paid by the landlord. The security deposit is two rents without utilities, i.e. 46.000 CZK.
