Two smaller rooms are oriented towards a quiet courtyard, while the third is located on the opposite side of the building with a view of the square and the city.

In the surrounding area, there is Cerninova bus stop and Biskupcova and Ohrada tram stops. The total area of the premises is approximately 181 m², but due to the sloping ceilings, the rent applies to 157 m². There is also a kitchenette, toilets, and a shower corner.

Most of the rooms have newly laid linoleum, except for one room which has the original carpet. By arrangement, linoleum can be laid in the remaining space (the material for this is currently available). Most of the photos have already been used in the past, showing the space before the linoleum was laid.

The rental price is CZK 23.550/month. The service charges, including utilities, amount to CZK 8.950/month. The tenant arranges their own internet. Any additional payments or refunds will be settled after one year. It is necessary to pay a refundable deposit of two monthly rents. At the signing of the lease agreement, one month’s rent and a deposit of two rents must be paid.

Parking is available in the blue zone in front of the building or two parking spaces can be rented in the inner courtyard. The price is negotiable with the owner.
