are you looking for a new home in the beautiful location of Prague Branik? Then you’ve come across an apartment for rent 1+KK that will meet your expectations!
The apartment is located in Skolni street on the first floor of a brick building. It is oriented to the courtyard, so it is very quiet and thanks to the orientation to the west side also naturally bright.
Upon entering the apartment we are in the hallway. It is spacious enough to accommodate a washing machine, wardrobe and shoe cabinet. In front of us there is a bathroom with a bathtub. To our left is the main living room connected to the kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and microwave next to the counter with plenty of storage space. There is no dishwasher in the apartment.
The living room is furnished with a couch, a sleeping bunk, and a table with two chairs (not shown in the photos). There are also two tables, one of which serves as a stand for the television that remains in the apartment. Of course, it can be removed by arrangement. As for the wardrobe in to store clothes, it is also expected to remain in the apartment, although it is not mandatory.
Another asset of the apartment is the common roof terrace, where you can not only hang laundry in the warm months, but also enjoy a pleasant barbecue enriched by the beautiful sunsets until the beginning of the night.
The cellar is not available for the time being, as the basement is currently undergoing renovation. However, there is one basement cubicle promised for the apartment in the future once the renovation is complete.
The location offers full civic amenities. Within walking distance there is a Penny Market, modern gym Spartan Gym, popular café Periferie, sought-after pub Kulovna, which is complemented by another pub Trezor. Wine lovers will appreciate the nearby Vina Srdcem. There are several more diners and local restaurants in the area. The nearest stations are U Stare posty and Pristaviste. The city centre can be reached by public transport in about 25 minutes.
The rent is 12.500 CZK/month. Housing costs are set at CZK 870/month according to the registration/calculation sheet. Electricity and gas will be transferred to the sublessee. We recommend setting the electricity deposit at approx. CZK 1.200/month and the gas deposit at approx. CZK 2.800/month due to the fact that gas is used for heating and water heating. The final price will of course depend on the actual consumption. We will be happy to help you find the best rate.
The apartment is available from 1.10.2024. The tenant does not pay a commission. This is paid to the owner of the apartment. We require a refundable deposit of 25.000 CZK.
