The apartment is located on the second floor of a panel building that has undergone revitalization. Upon entering the apartment, we are in a hallway that leads to the bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet, and the living room connected to the kitchen. Although the apartment core is made of fiberboard, it has been renovated and therefore looks like a brick core in terms of design. The kitchen has a prepared unit (without a dishwasher), a fridge, and an electric stove. From the same room (the part that is meant as a living room), there is access to the balcony. The apartment is oriented to the south side. All dimensions are available in the attached floor plan.

Jindrichuv Hradec is a South Bohemian city with a developed network of shops and services. You can work here and in the surrounding area, or commute, for example, to Ceske Budejovice. As for the amenities, specifically in Hvezdarna housing estate, there is a primary school, Penny Market, a sports field, and more. Public transportation (bus) also runs here. You can reach the city center within 5 minutes by car or within approximately 10-15 minutes by public transport depending on the specific connection (times may vary slightly). Jindrichuv Hradec also has several other primary schools, kindergartens, the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Prague, a library, a number of supermarkets, gyms (specifically on Piketa in Hvězdárna), a swimming pool, and more.

The rent is 11.000 CZK/month. As for the fees for services and energy related to the use of the apartment, the amount for water, sewage, heat, etc. comes out to 1.465 CZK/month. We recommend setting the electricity deposit at approximately 800 CZK/month. The tenant will arrange a contract with the relevant electricity supplier (current supplier is E-on). We will be happy to assist with the transfer of electricity. Gas is not used in the apartment. The tenant will arrange internet at their own expense. We require a refundable deposit of two monthly rents.

The tenant does not pay commission. It is paid by the owner of the apartment.
