We offer you for immediate rent apartment with a layout of 2+KK with an area of 61 m² in Tovarni street in Jindrichuv Hradec, which has undergone complete reconstruction. The apartment is located on the second floor of a brick building without elevator. Due to the condition of the apartment, the owner prefers interested parties without pets. The apartment is rented as shown in the photos, i.e. unfurnished.

On entering the unit, you will find yourself in the hallway which leads to either the bathroom with spacious shower or the main room with kitchen/living room. The windows here are south facing. The unit then includes another room – a north-facing bedroom. Persons demanding storage space will appreciate the small room next to the front door designed for this purpose.

The rent is 11.000 CZK/month + utilities of 2.973 CZK/month/2 ppl (water, heat,…). Other utility deposits (i.e. electricity and gas) will be transferred to the tenant. The tenant can also choose their own supplier. Current deposits are 900 CZK/electricity and 200 CZK/gas. Gas deposits are lower as it is only used for cooking on the gas stove. The apartment also has UPC – Vodafone (distributed throughout the apartment including the bedroom). However, due to the absence of a working antenna for TV reception, we also recommend the introduction of UPC internet, which includes TV. This choice is left to the future tenant.

The apartment is located near the center of Jindrichuv Hradec, close to the train and bus station. Within walking distance there is a pharmacy, JH Market, Lidl, the town library, three primary schools, Vitezslav Novak Gymnasium, VSE, etc. Parking is available directly at the apartment building. Thanks to the excellent location, it is possible to reach other parts of the city in a very short time by car or public transport for shopping, work or recreation.

The landlord reserves the right to select the tenant based on his chosen criteria. We apologize to those who have pets, however, due to the fact that the apartment has undergone costly renovation, the owner prefers applicants without pets.

The tenant does not pay commission. The security deposit is two monthly rents.

Due to the absence of Energy Performance Certificate, we then temporarily list class “G” according to the law.
