If you are thinking about escaping from the panel housing estate, but at the same time you don’t want to worry about taking care of a too big land, you might be interested in the offer of renting a terraced house in the village of Lodherov. The house has a covered outdoor seating area where you can enjoy relaxing moments in the hot tub or barbecue with family and friends.

When you enter the house, you are on the ground floor. This part of the house currently has an electric boiler as well as a solid fuel boiler. On the first and second floor there is a renovated 3 bedroom unit for rent. On the lower floor there is a hallway, pantry, toilet, kitchen and living room and on the upper floor you will find a bathroom with bath, bedroom and children’s room. You can find all the areas of each room on the attached floor plans. At the same time, in addition to watching the video tour, we recommend to go through the property with the help of a virtual tour.

In Lodherov, which is located about 8 km northwest of Jindrichuv Hradec, you will find, for example, a kindergarten and primary school, a shop and a pub. But if that is not enough for the new owner, it is in Jindrichuv Hradec that he will find everything he needs thanks to a well-developed network of shops and services.

The rent is 10.000 CZK/month. Electricity fees are about 2.650 CZK/month (the supplier is Innogy). Water and sewerage costs approx. 500 CZK/month. Internet is included in the rent, although we recommend contacting the relevant connection provider for a faster connection.

The tenant does not pay commission. This is paid by the property owner.

On the day of signing the rental agreement, we will require a security deposit of two months’ rent.
