The rental price is CZK 32.760/month without VAT. Media deposits amount to CZK 21.050/month without VAT (heating CZK 8.000/month + electricity CZK 8.000/month + water CZK 500/month). The price for service and utilities is 4.550/month without VAT (cleaning of common areas, electricity in common areas, waste disposal, etc.). The tenant arranges internet access themselves.
Adjustments/overpayments are settled after each annual period. It is necessary to provide a refundable security deposit in the amount of two monthly rents. When signing the lease agreement, one monthly rent + a security deposit of two monthly rents will be paid (including VAT).
Parking is available on “blue” zones in front of the building or two parking spaces can be rented in the courtyard. The price is to be negotiated with the owner.
