Jindrichuv Hradec is a South Bohemian town with a well-developed network of shops and services. It is possible to work here and in the surrounding area, or it is possible to commute to e.g. Ceske Budejovice. You can find a grocery store within walking distance of the building and for larger purchases you can go to the nearby Penny Market in the Hvezdarna housing estate. The city centre can be reached in 5 minutes by car or in about 10 – 15 minutes by public transport. In Jindrichuv Hradec there are also elementary schools, kindergartens, the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Prague, a library, a number of supermarkets, gyms (e.g. na Pikete Street), swimming pool, etc.

The rent is 6.500 CZK/month. As far as the utility and energy charges associated with the use of the apartment are concerned, the advance payments for water, sewerage, heat, etc. are set at 4.000 CZK/month. Electricity is included in this item. Water heating is provided by a boiler in the bathroom. Separate sub-meters are allocated for all media in the unit, i.e. billing is based on actual consumption. Internet is arranged by the tenant at his own expense.

The tenant does not pay commission. This is paid by the owner of the apartment.

We require a refundable deposit of three monthly rents (21.000 CZK).
