Upon entering the apartment we find ourselves in the hallway, from which you have access to the bedroom, on the other side to a brand new bathroom with shower and toilet and then to the living room connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and electric stove with oven. From the same room (the part that is thought of as living) there is an entrance to the loggia. The apartment is oriented to the south side.
Jindrichuv Hradec is a South Bohemian town with a developed network of shops and services. It is possible to work here and in the adjacent area, or it is possible to commute e.g. to Ceske Budejovice. There is a primary school, Penny Market, sports ground, etc. There is also public transport (bus). You can get to the city centre within 5 minutes by car or in about 10 – 15 minutes using public transport depending on the specific connection (times may therefore vary slightly). In Jindrichuv Hradec there are also several other primary schools, kindergartens, the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics in Prague, a library, a number of supermarkets, gyms, swimming pool, etc.
The rent is 11.000 CZK/month. The cost of utilities, water and sewerage, etc. is 2.135 CZK/month/two persons. We recommend setting the electricity deposit at approx. 1.000 CZK/month. The tenant will arrange a contract with the electricity supplier. We will be happy to help you with the electricity transfer. Gas is not used in the apartment. Internet is arranged by the tenant at his own expense.
We require a refundable deposit of two months’ rent.
The tenant does not pay commission. This is paid by the owner of the apartment.
