The apartment is located on the seventh floor (eighth floor) of a panel building with an elevator. Upon entering the apartment we are in the hallway. To our right there is a storage room suitable for storing clothes. Further on the right side of the apartment there is a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the left you will find a separate bedroom. The remaining part of the apartment consists of another room, namely the living room connected to the kitchenette.

Tabor is a South Bohemian town with a well-developed network of shops and services. You can work here and in the surrounding area, or you can commute to Ceske Budejovice. As far as civic amenities are concerned, specifically on Pratelstvi square and within walking distance you will find a grocery store, Skatepark Komora, disc golf course, primary and kindergarten school, disco Apollo, etc. In Tabor you will also find shops and businesses of various orientations (Decathlon, bauMax, Datart, McDonald’s, Pho Viet Vietnamese restaurant), many primary and secondary schools, etc.

The rent is 10.000 CZK/month. As for the utility and energy charges associated with the use of the apartment, the amount for water, sewerage, heat, etc. The monthly amount for utilities, services, etc. is 1.465 CZK/month. Electricity will be transferred to the sublessee. The deposit is recommended to be set at approx. 800 CZK/month. Gas is not used in the apartment. Internet is arranged by the sublessee at his own expense.

We require a refundable deposit of two months’ rent.

The sublessee does not pay a commission. It is paid by the owner of the apartment.
